Caroline’s landscaping admin journey began in January 2024 when she joined Life Green Group’s Life Landscapes division as an administrator. Although she hadn’t originally planned to work in landscaping, her strong interest in organization and coordination naturally drew her to administration. She explains, “I’ve always enjoyed creating structure and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.”
Supporting the Team Behind the Scenes
Even though Caroline isn’t directly involved in landscaping physically, her role is vital. She handles job scheduling, client communications, and record-keeping — all essential to keeping projects on track. “Every day is different,” she says, “and knowing my work supports the field team makes it fulfilling.”

Working in a fast-paced landscaping environment has taught Caroline valuable skills. For example, she’s become more resilient and adaptable. During busy seasons, she often balances multiple tasks simultaneously. “I’ve learned to stay calm under pressure and find solutions when unexpected challenges arise,” she shares. This experience has boosted her confidence in prioritizing tasks and communicating clearly.
